General

We're not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Class schedules and instructor assignments are subject to change.

Payment is due no later than your first class.

Tell us when you pay if you'd like to use a discount or coupon.

We accept cash, check, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Returned check fee: $20

New Student Special

Non-refundable. Expires 30 days after the day you attend your first class.

Includes regularly scheduled classes. Does not include workshops or special events.

Available to new students only.

May not be shared.

Class Cards

Class cards include regularly scheduled classes. They do not include workshops or special events.

Class cards may only be used by one person. You may not transfer or loan them to other people.

Your class card expires 6 months after the first class taken with that card. 

After the card's expiration date, unused classes are forfeited and can't be carried over.

We consider refunds for active class cards only, and only for health issues or personal emergencies.

We calculate your refund based on the amount of time remaining on the card when we receive your written withdrawal notification, not the number of classes remaining.

A $20 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow 2 weeks to receive your refund check.

Workshops & Special Events

Cancel at least 7 calendar days before your workshop or special event to receive a refund of your registration fee less a 20% administration fee.

No refunds, exchanges or transfers for cancellations made fewer than 7 days before your event or no-shows.

Please allow two weeks to receive your refund check.

Boutique & Gift Card Purchases

All boutique sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Gift cards are non-refundable, may be redeemed only for merchandise or services and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Private Yoga Appointments

Your payment is due in full no later than the day of your appointment.

Private sessions have scheduled start and end times. Sessions end when scheduled even if you're late.

To ensure that you're not charged for a missed or rescheduled appointment, email or call us to cancel at least 12 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules within 12 hours of your appointment may be subject to full payment.

No-shows may be subject to full payment.
